First Class Service. I was having trouble with an office safe (TL-30) and called CLC Locksmiths in Cinnaminson, NJ. I have used them many times for keys and other minor items and have always been very happy with the service, so it only made sense to call them when I had trouble with the safe. The safe guy (Cliff) was out but he called me back that same day to discuss the problem. It was quite clear to me that Cliff is an expert with safes...he understood my problem immediately and gave me specific instructions as to how I could try to solve the problem myself. When I returned to my office, I did what Cliff had said, and sure enough the safe now works perfectly and I saved the cost of a service call. There are not too many businessmen around anymore who would be so willing to share their expertise and lose out on a service call, but clearly these folks have the customer's well being foremost in their minds. I work for a local law firm in Voorhees, and the lock on our safe decided to stop working. Every time we inserted the key, it decided it was not going to turn. I called CLC Locksmiths and talked to Tom I believe. He definitely knew what he was talking about and gave me all the information I needed. He gave me a quick tip to do something with the lock while he worked on a price. His tip worked and now the lock works better than ever without even having to have him come out.
